From check in to check out everything was like clockwork. Very nice and spacious rooms and courteous and helpful staff.
The restaurant was very nice with delicious food. Breakfast buffet was good but a little restricted in the non vegetarian section.
The bakery also had delicious variety of items.
The central location is a huge plus point. Close to Tiger circle, KMC and MIT.
Lots of shops, chemists and restaurants just below and within few hundred metres from the hotel is a plus point.
Just one suggestion is to add a small table for eating in the rooms as it is not easy to eat on the study/side table provided.

Very nice property, its value for money, large room sizes with almost all facilities required in that tariff bracket. Small suggestions although, instead of two 500ml water bottles in rooms, it should be two of 1 litre. Mattress quality needs to be upgraded, many times one feels springs while in bed. The toilet should have cloth hanging wall hooks behind doors or somewhere appropriate to keep a towel & under garments while bathing. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is nice, especially every smiling Satish on the main doors. In short, I'll stay in the same property on my next visit too.

We stayed there for 3 nights and experience was very amazing. Buffet breakfast was superb, very polite staff and rooms were pretty decent and cleaning was done properly. Service given by them overall makes this hotel as 5 ⭐

Really good experience staying here. Very good rooms, good helpful front desk and housekeeping. A few negatives- the bad service in the coffee shop, especially during breakfast timings and absence of a mini fridge in the rooms. Deserve a five star but had bad breakfast experience three days in a row.

The hotel rooms are very good, spacious, clean and really nice. But the room service needs a lot of improvement. They need more proactive management and should provide training to the staff. Room cleaning service staff is very good and did a great job.

Stay was really great and breakfast was also good. The hotel is clean and they have maintained it really well. The only downside I see if you are going along with family, for both the restaurant bar is attached, not everybody used to such environment. Other than that everything was good.

Superb hotel in Manipal for the most pleasant stay! Staff is most courteous and polite.. food is absolutely delicious and the breakfast spread couldn't be better. The best part is.. unlike many business in the hospitality sector today, they are not stingy with resources and make the customers feel wonderful! Definitely recommended! If I am in Manipal again, I am staying nowhere else but here.. keep up the good work and all the very best!
