Visited this place every week for more than 7 years.. pretty nice service,

Food is good and the cuisines are vast, meals are tasty enough.. Conference hall is good well maintained and clean..

Location is really good as it is within city limits, bus stops, Rikshaw stand, and hospitals are at a stone throw..

Overall a pretty good place, budget friendly and good service. Will always keep visiting..

Nice and comfortable stay, still a room for lot of improvements in service.
Some Staff needs to learnt the servicing & communication skills.
Hotel has calm atmosphere.

It's really a good property but I have given it four ratings for the service. As we booked this hotel as a stopover and wanted to see the match. However they could not fix tv till the 1st innings.

Very Good experience at first visit , one night stay , very large neat and clean hygienic Rooms, three four kilometres from Highway. staff members are well trained and behaviour is Very good. Sure visit again

When food was ordered for dinner it was very spicy

Family room not worth spending 8500/- AC don’t work, no staff, extremely poor service. No one at reception desk, when you call need to wait for 10-15 rings. Full hotel has 1 person as staff. Have you carry your own luggage to the room.. after 3hrs. Staff comes to check ac.

Quiet, enjoyable, spacious room. Housekeeping and desk personnel responsive. Great view from window.
