Cleanliness is maintained very well... It's hygienic.. Mainly guest receiving is genuine by Mrs. Poornima... Staff cooperation is very nice... Food is beyond our expectations. Tastes delicious.... Thank you for very kind hospitality...

We checked in on 14th of October 2022 . The hotel has very nice ambience.. The room is good and has a chilling AC .
The staff is very polite and caters to all your demands . Although, the service could have been little quicker ..
The food is good and the waiters serve you with a smile but we thought the spread could have been little more for this price range .. Kesari Bath was very nice ..
The hotel has very limited parking ..
Overall, a nice hotel to stay ... ☺️

Stayed for 2 nights . Good location on the main road. Good service desk. Clean rooms but a kind of foul smelling aroma throughout The corridors ☹️. Superb complementary buffet breakfast. Specially..Loved the idli n vada

Stay was good, the service was amazing. The staff served delicious food at right time. Pornima handled the overall stay in well organised and maintained the hygiene of the places where I stayed. I visited during long vacation on 22nd October till 24 October. Prefer to visit again with the same energy and spirit.

One of the best experiences ever with family and friends with a great buffet. The hospitality was good the service was impeccable. The rooms are excellent & amenity. Over all Phenomenal just awesome 👍.

Good hotel at the centre of the town in Hassan, easily accessible and very near railway station and bus stand. Rooms are comfortable, clean with good amenities. Breakfast was good, But hotel has no parking facility

The stay started with a slight hiccup. As soon as we checked in, all tired, found the toilet to be dirty. But the staff immediately responded to our problem and over the next 2 days of stay, we completely forgot that we ever faced any such problem. The staff is really warm and hospitable. From finding us safety pins to no hassle during checkout or extending our stay, we stayed there worry free. The restaurant also has really good food and a hospitable staff. Breakfast has quite a lot of options and the food is tasty. Even for a la carte dinner, they made sure we enjoyed the food and suggested us some places to explore around. Overall, it was a lovely experience. There were a couple of drunk male guests who acted as an element of nuisance. While time and again staring at us during the dinner was still tolerable, it crossed the limit when they tried to follow us to our rooms by waiting for us near the lift. We got ourselves out of jam by avoiding the lift and using the stairs. From the hotel management's side, we didn't face any issue as such.

Super hotel in Hassan. Very neat and clean. Excellent Location. Staff is good. Hotel ambiance is very good. Value for money. I like this hotel very much. Near to bus station and train station. All amenities are perfect. Excellent option for stay in .Hassan
