OYO 63561 Hotel Sai Grand

The only reason for giving 1 star and writing this review is because of the manager at this place - very bad and rude behaviour of the manager towards the people who have come to stay at the hotel, no enough parking place for the vehicles, he would give many excuses and if asked would respond very rudely. Behaves as if he is doing favour on us by providing the rooms which we have booked. And when after so much of argument he got the parking space cleared, and also the rooms which he said aren't available - got them done. Worst experience ever in the hotel only because of the manager - otherwise rooms are very clean and comfortable and hotel is located near or inside the city of Mangalore

A great place to spend quality time with family without any kind of hassle. Check-in was quick and smooth. Rooms comes with comfortable furniture and are neat and clean. Locating the hotel was not a problem. A must visit according to me.

Rooms are filthy. Bathrooms have broken glass/window panel. Visible from outside. Poor maintenance and non hygiene beds and rooms. Staff needs to be trained on customer service. (I cannot put the comments made by them here)I have left the room in an hour without refund. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the family.

Very neat and tidy rooms and environment. Charges also reasonable, management is very polite. If you visit mangalore means, I can suggest you to stay here. And transportation facility, shopping area, reasonable price food orders..

I really liked the hotel. it was clean, neat and tidy rooms. but the best part was the hospitality as I wasn't from south and was 1st time in Mangalore, the people of this hotel helped me a lot for the language barrier especially the manager uncle helped me a lot and taken care of me very nicely. I would recommend everyone about this hotel to visit.

I was checked in at 4:15pm.Room was bad,no latches to windows,.Ac was not working at all,water droplets was leaking from ceiling...lady receptionist asked me to vacate my room at 11am the next day.My check out was at 4:15pm the next day.
And another man in the reception asked me to change my room at 2:00.
Cost is high for the worst room

The behaviour was good and it's a very very good to stay and budget friendly the manager and the staff was very kind

The location is very convenient.
Rooms are good and in budget.
And the staff is very courteous and helpful.
