I halted here during my journey from Bangalore to Goa. It is situated at a good location. Rooms are not that great but it’s still good for 1 night stay. They charge very minimal fare per night.

room is spacious, but very old building. and bathrooms are not good. The room I got for 750 after discount. very old building and rooms are very old. So if you are comfortable with that price go for it. else pls don't book.

Can stay for 1 night but didn't expect too much cleanliness about room . Rooms are not maintaining properly . Beds ,linens,pillow and pillow covers are not clean . Toilet pipes are not working. Broken windows and non functioning television. No restaurant facilities. For 3 beded room 1800per day. Nb: keep a mosquito bats or goodnight

Terrible... These guys have Eyes on only ine thing.. Your Wallet. I Booked a simple room here on Make my trip and got the creepiest Room I ever stayed in my life. U CAN EXPECT HOW DOES IT FEEL If the outlet of the wash basin is right on the floor where You stand. Take my Word friends . Don't even think about Accepting "Room number 9" in that so called hotel.

Room is highly smell, switches in room is very old and dangerous, no plug for phone charging, un cleaned interiors

It’s Anand Residency with restaurant & bar. They are having function hall as well.ambiance is good, service was very good and quality food

The worst ever hotel I have ever been in. Absolutely dirty and stinky place. it's a complete scam. To my utter surprise, hotel doesn't hv a western toilet. Lift is in very bad condition. The receptionist charges 200 as deposit and deducts in that as well while repaying. TV doesn't work. No hot water and no parking space as well. Sheets were unchanged and stinking. Hotel booking apps, if u don't knw abt the hotel's condition do not promote this!!! A complete waste of time and money. Hopeless place to stay
