Hotel Dhammanagi Comforts (Unit of Count On Us Hospitality)

Nothing everything was beyond worst. Especially the room and food. Not worthable.Complete room was worst. Washroom was not clean inside the room one centipede was found beside bed. And we arrived in the ni8 around 11 and ordered for food in their restuarant itself and the chicken biryani was delivered vry late that too there was hair found in that and the next day befor the checkout time they were rushing us to check out no proper respect was given to the customers and we request for 1 hr and they were vry rude we can only give 15mints. No towel was provided nothng completely dissapointed

We booked deluxe room from Oyo for 2 days and they gave us a classic room which was of less cost. We told the receptionist he told no rooms are not there. We raised a complaint on Oyo also. After talking with the next day afternoon they shifted us to deluxe room but didn't provide us refund for the first day. The OYO customer care didn't help us and marked the issue as resolved. the hotel guy was so rude he called us separately and scared us.

Please do not book your stay at this hotel as they are nothing but goons. This hotel should be blacklisted. Please read other people's review as well on this hotel. And they will be looking at opportunity to mint money from you in a wrong way and OYO customer care won't help you in any way. The hotel is dirty and worn out, paint peeling off, broken taps, smelly.

Please pay extra n stay somewhere else but not in this hotel and we didn't know OYO keeps such dumb people in customer care to help people. But they won't help customer in any way. Your money and safety is in your hands. Please think hundred times before checking in to this property.

Worth staying!The location, room/bathroom was neat. Could be maintained better. It's a peacefult stay.The rates can be cut down for the facilities and the room comparing to what is seen and what we get.

Worst room number 401 and 402. Room was very dirty and full of cockroaches. The taps were broken and toilet flush was leaking all over the toilet. Even the bathroom lock was broken. The complimentary breakfast was worst in taste.

5 days i had to stay there, no hot water in taps, even cold normal water was not coming properly, rooms are not maintained at all, worst things there was big rat in the bathroom, the doors are broken and swollen, I had no choice they refused to refund when we tried to vacate after first night stay, when I complained about the rat, they tired catching it, but it went inside the bathroom door. Later next day morning after requesting them many times they moved us to another room,. We had no choice but to accept what was given, or loose money. I was never embarrassed like this in front of my family. They only have around 40 rooms they can maintain them so nicely and cleanly, but there staff is not trained at all in managing in the property. Front desk lady does not no how to talk to customers. My wife complained to me many times that she is very rude.
I had to keep minimal talk with them, because it was clear everyday I had stop outside the room for hot water. Which they gave once a day. It was not good. Not even worth any rating

A very dirty hotel. We found it via oyorooms and this by far is the worst oyo of my life! I am a traveler and prefer to book decent but not very expensive hotels and generally oyo rooms are best bet for me. But this one made me realize i should rather look for other options as well. Location is a plus as its surrounded by shops and market. The owner/receptionist was rude and they didnt have even a proper toiletery.
