There's a new hotel Chas, Bokaro. This hotel is close to bus stand rooms are quite good, they provide good food hotel is very clean and room service also very prompt.
Lift is very small maximum 2 peoples can accommodate.
Surprising fact is if you book online the price is quoted lesser than direct booking.
Communication from the hotel is very good bus stand auto stand taxi is available nearby

Very very very poor
Behaviour of front desk staff is very rough.
On 23 September 18. I have booked one room there on phone for my official visit of Bokaro When I reached there in night around 08.30 pm, the front desk person gives me tariff to high . Where as I stay there in last week.
I ask him to gives his seniors no. So that I can speak to him. But not provide to me.
They don't know how dealing with corporate guests.
I left hotel immediately after and not stay in this hotel.
After two day I haven't received any apologies call till now.

Room is clean,
Food- dinner is good, breakfast fast doesn't have south Indian options. Never order sandwiches
Location is ok.
Parking is underground

Hotels room are goods condition but service boy and staff is to much bad

Good location, good staff service, clean rooms, tasty food.

The hotel was nice and the staff was so helpful and the finest thing was the food which they make the quality of food will make you memories the food that your mother makes❤️

Yesterday I ordered food from yr restaurant n khane mei ek insect Mila I don't know wo kaun sa insect tha n the taste of food was ridiculous..it was so spicy phele hi bite wo insect mil gaya n today when I mention this in front of the hotel staff they were so rude

Although room is good, service is good but there is marriage garden on top of hotel which will really disturb in sleeping. Also hotel staffs were not supportive.
