Room service was not upto the mark..But still overall service was satisfactory...Hence before checking in do have a vigil check on all the services.. Feel good that white house is also available in India.

No trained staff is there. Even Resepstion Incharge don't know how to talk to customers. Room Service is not very good. Quality of food is not as per standard.

After seeing reviews and all other booking websites ,i have opted this hotel for office purpose,but after reaching this hotel i was totally dissappointed. Location: Near to railway station easily accessible Food: There is no restaurent available in this hotel so we have to go outside for having food.
Amenities provided: room is poorly maintained.but AC, wifi are provided.
Simply it is an old hotel which is not maintained. After giving a review in google during our stay, their behaviour towards customers totally changed.

This is one of the very few moderate hotels available at Sahebganj. Staff & the owners are not courteous here. They're always looking for tips & money. Foods are not so good. Rooms are stinky & overpriced. One would only stay at this hotel because there are not much choices available around here.

Wrost hotel i ever seen...room & bathroom is dirty.AC not working properly,water coming out from ac. When we call reception they even didnt answer..we are leaving the hotel only after spending a night,its really horrible..see the pic water is coming out from ac & floor is already full of water,still hotel staffs even didnt even time to see whats wrong with the ac.

Tiny rooms and not hygienic at all but they use properly room fresheners. If you just want to spent a night near railway station then it is better option coz rooms are available at affordable prices

I have stayed with Hotel White House and I have always had good experience. Service and hospitality was very good. An unforgettable experience, service from the heart with the best of staff. The food is exceptional quality, the rooms, the entire hotel deserves a mention for Hygeine.

Very very bad hotel. Don't ever think about staying in this. The photos which I posted, they charge 1500 per day for this. When I entered the room everything was messy. You can see in the picture. After 4 hours they turned on the AC, despite having a generator in their hotel. AC leaked all night, and water was all over the floor. Staff behaviour was also bad. "DON'T EVER STAY"
