I really appreciate the Hospitality & Behavior of the people of this resort.

Almost 24 people including Kids we went there & enjoyed a lot.. Beautifully maintained and must visit for the weekend.. Lovely resort surrounded by greenery and having different amusement.

Specially i want to thanks Mr Sumit for his behavior & taking care of everybody.. also a BIG Thanks to everybody from room service, Restaurant..

Stayed for one day with my office colleague at UTSAV UPVAN, Giridih. It was a fantastic experience overall. We got a warm welcome in the reception, booked a cottage room, and requested reception staff to give it a good location and we got it. We enjoyed ourselves a lot in the swimming pool. The food was awesome. The staff did everything to make it a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the warmth of the restaurant hosts was really heartfelt. Mr. Sumit whom we contacted before we booked the room, guided us about the local sightseeing. Will visit once again.

Only service was very disappointing because they are busy in there own and we have to approach them to give direction. Foods are pretty good and tasty. Sitting arrangement can little bit improve for the big family although they have sofa and all for less number of people. Restraunt is in the terrace so we get a very nice view and ofcourse good place to take photos. It will look more beautiful at night. They also has bar and very different brand of whiskey but i didn't have the experience.

Nice and spacious property. Stayed there for 04 nights during this Durga Puja. Staff attended to all our needs satisfactorily. Rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurant and room service were upto the mark. Food was tasty.
Things to improve:- 1. Luggages of guests opting for family rooms in first and higher floors should be handled by hotel by default. 2. Most of the guest reach there after a long drive. Welcome drink should be offered to them on arrival. 3. Furniture had sharp edges and guests are likely to get hurt before getting used to it.
Looking forward to visit again.

This resort is the best place where you can go and get enjoy with your friends. Their room is best than other and services is very beautiful and also this place is very good...

Awesome space and better place for hang out. The good part is two bar is there, one is in ground floor and second on terrace.

Just loved staying there for a couple of days. The environment is relaxing and mesmerizing. Food is awesome. On top of all the service is top notch. I am an avid traveler, travel at least 5 to 6 times per year. I must say I haven't seen service like this ever. This is THE BEST place to stay.

If someone never consume a 🌟 catagory hotel or service, that is the One. I think that is the best hotel from every aspect in Usri. 2 in house Bar, good quality room service, swimming pool, excellent food, everything is superb. I was amazed when I see the lawn and the beautiful fruit trees. I will surely visit again and strongly recommend all of my Rider friends and Common tourist to try Utsav Upovan. I am sure you will feel Upovan ( small jungle like ) like feeling.
