Bakwaas hotel. Rude and pathetic behaviour of owner.

One of the worst experience of talking with hotel management person. I just called to enquire and told to book a room. My parents will arrive late night and they forced me to do payment in advance. When I told when they will come they will pay cash their itself. They told if room is available will go or cannot assure. So I told my parents not to go and take chance because it sounds very fake and non sense people talking. Attitude of the person was worst as illiterate. As my parents did not arrive he called and using complete abusive language on call and I have recording for the same. I am going to file complaint about them. This is the behaviour on call means how will they behave with guest arriving at their hotel. Never ever think of plan to go to this hotel alone or with family.
