Hotels is too good, except they are charging extra money. I don't know who is responsible either from hotel or Oyo sites. But this needs to be fixed. I have already paid the amount online and I came to check-in, then receptionist asking for extra amount. Then i call to Oyo customer care. And he is suggesting to relocate nearby by 2 km. Is it good for a traveller? A person are coming from another location and already too tired, and he think I reached to hotels, now i will take rest. But no, because of Oyo mistake i paid extra amount and then i have checked -in.

Hotel environment is good. Rooms are good.Oyo should take care for the price shown in app.when it is already paid again customer have to pay extra charges in hotel due to low tarrif situation.Oyo is held responsible for this kind of nonsensical happenings.I was charged extra at hotel and in due time no hotels were available to change also.I don't understand why Oyo creates these type of situations when they themselves cannot offer any help.This is so disturbing and not acceptable from OYO.

Very nice classical room I found the room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean While chek in in other Oyo it takes a lot of time to check in. My check in was done in just 5 mins. and the service was very good. Light and fan were working well 24 hours .

Reception staff mam is best she is in full discipline. 💕 Thank you so much for a polite conversation. So fast check-in process less than in 5 minutes. All staff's behaviour is nice. Overall all is best. 👍

Hotel rooms & amination are good...but staff are really rubbish. I have booked 1 (deluxe) rooms for 2 person for 3 nights for approx Rs.3,000/-. I called the reception at 11 a.m for check-in and they told us to come. But when we reached there at 11:30 a.m they said rooms are not ready yet and told us to wait until 12 p.m but around 12:30 p.m they said they can not give us entry as we booked the room for so much cheaper than it is. And demanded Rs.600/- extra otherwise they are cancelling this booking. In the end un willingly we have paid extra Rs.600/- as it is almost 1 p.m. So, please be careful before booking hotel through OYO. worst experience ever.

They are loots. During the check in time they asked for ₹500. When I denied they did not allow me to check in. The receptionist Manish was very rude and does not have answers to my questions and he kept telling me to contact customer support. Rooms were too small and smelly. I would recommend evryone to avoid visiting these scammers

Stayed in a deluxe room. Charging sockets can be placed near the bed, telephone is also far off. Food was really nice. Room was really big, wifi speed was the best I've seen so far in all of my stays so far. Reception was really polite.

Stay was comfortable. Hassle free check up. Restaurant service was quite quick. Proper hygiene is maintained. Overall a very good experience
