OYO Flagship 61193 Aram Inn

It's not a hotel, it's just a house converted into hotel (OYO Rooms) , Room service is not up to the mark. Can't expect anything extra from them,
Too much of Privacy just like a boys/girls hostel

One should visit at its own risk.

Don't waste your money in this hotel, Worst Hotel, Never book Your rooms here, They are fraud people, Hotel manager and they are linked with it is goibibo or any site.I have booked hotel 7 days earlier with full payment and on arrival they denied my check in saying hotel is temporary closed , it is house its nothing like a hotel even I have not got refund. Don't waste your money book offline by coming Ranchi ,there are lot of Hotel available here. I was here for My NTPC Exam.

Very dirty,not at all maintained, bathroom not clean,full of mosquito,room stinking.....very bad repo of Oyo rooms... disappointed

Very bad experience with this booking. After reaching to the hotel they said hotel is temporary closed. I was really surprised with this response.Please ignore such hotel which is not accountable and trusted at all. Even OYO team is useless and misguiding customer with false information

Opposite of it's name, there were guests who were drinking and shouting all night. The place was not clean and bathroom was also not clean. The staff was ok, but they need more training on customer service. I ordered tea which was never delivered. The place is not good for people who are travelling with family, atleast I got that impression. No lifts, no kitchen, although you can order food online. The market is around 1 km from the hotel. Bus stand is also around 1 to 1.5 kms.

This property is located near the Fire Brigade Head Quarter at Rajendra Chawk although slightly at inner location from main road finding it out is somewhat difficult due to its unfamiliarity but the place is secured and safe surrounded by elite but calm and quiet atmosphere. No food availability in and around is problematic but allowing on-line orders inside from outside like Zomato, Swiggy gives some relief.

At reception Mr. Utpol Kant is really amiable, cooperative and helpful with amazing hospitality management approach deserves praise. With resolving attitude he leaves no problems unresolved with smile.

Rooms are clean having necessary interiors with appreciably professional approach in bedding although bathrooms need attention and don't shine upto expectations bearing stains and having no hanger. All locks are although working but problematic.

In short the property can be undoubtedly relied upon.
