If you are booking a room online, check in advance if they will provide or not. Booking was denied stating that it has been booked for a very less amount online.

Reception Staff informed it’s not his mistake and we can check with Goibibo for alternate bookings.

Also beware of agitated staff even if you remind them that its okay to be denied booking and that you are talking nicely.

Worst service from the provided here. They have listed themselves in Oyo but they won't agreed to the price quoted in oyo application or the booking done by oyo, indirectly they'll ask you to cancel the booking and take room offline from them which will cost you quite high for a worst conditioned and a small room walls are fully damaged so much of small insects. They don't even provide a water to their guests. They'll ask you to order food from their restaurant itself as they won't let us take zomato food inside the room. The food taste and quality there is quite cheap and unhealthy it seemed that they are serving a kind of rotten food which was stored since many days. The staffs attitude is also very rude they are not at all cooperative they are very fine in arguing with their guests as I've seen. It was a worst stay and experience I had with them. I would strongly recommend people to skip going to such places which offer a opposite kind of hospitality like they do.

OYO is giving rooms in their hotels in very cheap rate it's a wonderful support to our people.

Booked through MakeMyTrip. Was not able to enter the hotel as it shutter was down for half an hour. And then, service was denied saying that payment wasn't sufficient from MakeMyTrip and they wanted triple the amount.

very supportive staffs ....the officials are mostly Bengali....their behavior is just awesome...they provide me whatever I want.....very good and clean hotel room......just love it

The food was awesome rooms were clean but the attitude of the manager was worst.

Worst hotel experience, avoid this hotel as location is not so great and overall experience was bad. They even charge for water bottle :(
