I totally and absolutely love this place..... The service it offers.... The aura this place has in it is completely worth remembering..... Perfectly good in everything it has.... Good prices best service... The elegance if this place adds much marks to it...... The centrally located thing..... Just worth going and experiencing it...... Must try..... And visit this hotel.... Worth satisfying to go to ..... would definitely visit again if get a chance to

Very poor condition of hotel, ac not working, electricity problem, rooms are very old, no channel in tv except only one news channel. Horrible experience in this hotel.

rude behavior staff, room very dirty, linene wash dirty. high rate and bad quality. unhygienic comman area

Food was really good as usual visited Ritz before also for dinner few times.
Garlic mushrooms best a must try dish.

Happen to visit a party there. Party hall needs to be renovated and the service was very slow. The food was not upto the mark.

Location is awesome... Best thing is it's bar... Bartenders are very friendly and u will enjoy few sips their....
