Just inside industrial area what else we need on a visit to get a good place to stay, place to have good foood, easily approachable , small banquet as well on the bank of a river . 40 kms from jammu either you come from airport or the station by road it is on the highway only just 100 yards, just 25 kms you will get an strange lake also which at an unbelievable location you will be suprised 👌👍

Nice decorum nice food. The place situated at Delhi Jammu highway on the entrance of sidco industrial area samba is best to stay. The hotel has a bar also. Besides a restaurant it also has a pool.

So me and my family went for lunch at this hotel. We got a fresh lime soda that we ordered but it was too much salty so i asked waiter to change it but instead waiter was surprised that i am asking him to change the drink as it was not drinkable. Food was pathetic so we left more than half our food. Instead of drinking freshlime we ordered cold coffee then. But when bill came we were charged for freshlime too which was their mistake but i paid for it. Totally not recommended.

I am staying in rex, if i order at 9 pm staff said for nonveģe thali you must wait more than 2 hours, very rude behavior

Staff and there manager himself seems uneducated and poor at hospitality and also need to learn the basic manners to deal with customer. Worst experience ever at any hotel.

-ordered for tea on 29th at 9.00 am and they setrved at 10.00 am - at the time of booking hotel confirmed tarrif Rs 2000 plus taxes, but at the tike of check out they charged Rs 2100.plus taxes.complained their manager thakur about this but he said his juniors must be right. i sent him conversation between staff and me that tarrif agreed was 2000 but instead of asking his juniors, he started misbehaving. such managers are responsible for downfall of property.

Excellent hotel in this area, rooms are spacious, clean toilet, good behaviour of staffs made us pleased.It 's a most recommended hotel to stay in.
