Jai Ma Inn Hotels Katra (200m Away From Katra Bus Stand)

it was not as good as it was when I visit last time, although all the staff is good.. but i was expecting little more.
the room allotted to us has issues with geazer not working and commode cleaning system wasn't in good condition either.

Wasn't expecting this in a family lounge, the only reason i booked again is because of my good experience last time.. this time i was little unsatisfied.

Also haven't got any free drop till railway station
and for the late checkout request which is just 1 hr from the scheduled time of 11, i was asked to pay 2500 for that, i found that little over the board.

if the rooms are fully occupied, so they can simply say no to late checkout request.
and if the rooms is fully booked in real why charging 2500, doesn't make any sense to me.

these are some Pros

room was very dirty. i have seen the dust in almirah, tv cabinet, sofa and table. Also I didnt sleep properly as bed was sounding when I was turn while sleeping. bathroom was dirty and seepage the whole night from the flush tank and the bathroom floor was wet all the time due to seepage. the drop was complimentary for the helipad but when I asked to drop the helipad. then they told me that sorry sir driver was not here it will take time around 40 min. i hurried to reach to helipad so I didn't take their cab. Also, I asked to fix the seepage. then they said sorry sir they could not fix it now. I was disappointed with this stay.

Hotel is awesome. Specially the front garden with beautiful flowers, well maintained. Cleaning is their utmost priority and we loved it. Stay was above expectations, food was delicious.

Overall, it's a must go hotel and you should put it in your bucket list if you are planning to visit Katra in future.

The stay at Jai Ma Inn Hotels in Katra is comfortable and the service rendered to guests is really appreciable. The premises and rooms are neatly maintained. The value additions are complimentary breakfast, continuous hotwater supply and quick room service. It's worth staying in view of the care taken.

This is bhangaar hotel where you don't get room cleaning, worst class of old furniture where 50% of electric plug don't works. You don't get hot water unless being asked and that too only 7 litre and post to that you need to wait for 15 minute to get another 7 liter of hot water.

Room service is also poor. I was staying in G-9 and asked for room service which they hadn't done in 9 hours of span until I come back from Darshan.

This hotel looks good from outside but inside its so much loom and pathetic.

They do provide electric geyser which is almost of no use. Complete waste of money.

Extremely affordable stay with great dine in facilities. The staff is very cordial and they would ensure your vaisno devi trip is worth remembering. They also have pick up and drop facility from helipad, station and other important zones.
Must stay!!!

Overall a decent place. Common toilets are kept too bad and dirty and spoil the first experiance. Not too near to the yatra parchi counter (Auto will take 200-300 depends its return jounery). Nearby food options quite good ( Duggar retaurent just adjacent) .

Room was spacious & clean with a balcony that opened to a front roadside view. Balcony was a little dusty though. Staff was helpful. hotel was located at the Main Market Road only. Had a Pleasant Stay there.
