Hospitality at its best. Good food. Had booked a luxury room with balcony and were lucky to witness snow right outside the balcony in October. Staff was warm and friendly. We had a very comfortable stay.

WOW! We stayed in double bedroom cottage, with the beautiful view from our balcony and living room. Service was great! Chef, Managers, waitstaff and the housekeeper made our stay special. Thank you!
One suggestion, every time we go for a buffet we end up waiting for a long period of time. As we paid 1.6L per night expecting to reserve a table for us.

I have no words to Express about Hotel , their service. Politeness, Food. It is a experience of life time, ONCE IS A LIFE TIME , please do stay here to have a unforgettable experience.

Request Hotel management to put on their website that NO ALCOHOL IS AVAILABLE IN HOTEL, HOWEVER YOU CAN CARRY IT AND ENJOY IN DESIGNATED AREA. I didn't knew this and missed some enjoying moments.

The best resort I have ever stayed. Their service, staff will make your environment like home. Loved this resort! Very very neat and clean. The service is really top-notch in this resort. All staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. The food is excellent as well and they have a huge variety at all meals. I highly recommend for a safe, comfortable, and truly enjoyable stay.

Pros:Excellent comfortable stay. Room heating works excellent. Prompt, responsive, courteous staff. The heated swimming pool is fantastic. Excellent views from the property.

Cons:Overpriced for the services rendered.
Good spread at breakfast, however the dessert section could be better in terms of quality of muffins, croissants, pastries. They seemed to be hard and not eatable on successive mornings.
Bathrooms don't have an exhaust - definitely needed.

This is hands down the first place in my life which I have given a 5 on 5 score on all parameters - the alpine snow covered backdrop, the pine trees, the vast back gardens filled with snow, the ever so helpful staff, interior and decor shouting luxury, amazing views from balcony rooms - both Himalayan view and gulmarg view, cleanliness, quick and prompt staff, amazing buffet spread, temperature controlled swimming pool, and the list goes on.

An unforgettable stay. Premium in all aspects. Comes with a big dig into one's pockets but worth every penny for this once in a life experience!

Few things that can be improved - no exhaust in rest rooms, the promptness in breakfast food service could be better.

The Hotel is one of the finest properties we have stayed in. The room furniture & finishing is par excellence. The toiletries & each & everything in the room is high standards. The room service was efficient. The lawns & indoor pool really added to our stay experience
