Room is very small, but it's okay to stay for one night, staff is good and responsive. I am happy with my stay. Location is clear and parking also good, we don't face any issues in reaching hotel. I will recommend to stay for one night who is going to Ladakh.

Very near to Railway Station in Jammu, AC rooms although small are clean and tidy. Staff is polite and courteous. Food delivery takes a lot of time. Major percentage of total Payment needs to be done in cash which was a let down for me. Overall a decent experience.

As for the location being near to jammu railway station it was good. The rooms though being good had lack of cleanliness also found some coach roaches, wash room not cleaned, service was good , staff were helpful but food was not up to the mark

We enjoyed a cosy and clean room equipped with hot and cold water facility

Had a night stay in this hotel as to catch early morning train, very near to railway station, rooms r good and in budget

Rooms not properly cleaned ,broken tiles in bathroom , walls covered with mould.

Hotel need renovation.

Nice stay walking distance from Jammu railway station good food , work on cleanliness is required for bed sheets , blankets stinky also smell of termite spray was irritating
