One of the worst hotel in town, owner even doesn't stands on his words.. whatever rates were charged for rooms n party, all of sudden they hike on check out
Even no room service, also water availability for toilets were not available
My opinion never go for this place if needed pleasant stay

Worst hotel, heartless people and has no sense of a good business.

I have booked the hotel for my stay for 21 June. I requested these people so much, as due to major landslide highway was closed and all routes connected to udhampur are still closed till date.

We were stucked for two days in that landslide, and mr akash is not even courteous enough to understand the situation. I am asking for the refund as it's a genuine issue and i too understand the business policies.

I believe you could have understood the issue and it's seriousness, than you would have got many more clients from my end.

The room was clean along with the toilet but bed sheet was not up to the mark. AC working but TV was not. Lift facility also there which is good for higher floor.
The Food was the best as per the price and the taste.

I stayed for a night here with family while travelling to Srinagar as a stop over. It's well connected to highway & is on road. The food & service is OK. Had few issues in the existing deluxe room which was not spacious but they changed it later on. I used their super deluxe then which is spacious but had issues with toilet. Preferable is you visit & then book. Thanks !!

It was worst places we have ever stayed. We had to book this hotel while we were driving to Srinagar due to other hotels being sold out.
The rooms are tiny like pigeon holes. We paid INR 2000 for the smallest room which had lipstick stain all over the curtains and pillows. The room had a fixed window and the bathroom were stinking. There is no ventilation at all so even if it's cold to air out the foul smell for bathroom the fan needs to be on. The dustbin was right next to your head to add on some more smell. And yes not to miss, the drilling done for wiring behind the TV was so deep that you actually hear what the people in next room even whispering (maybe one can even peep through, not sure)
The owner has definitely spent money in the hotel but it's not maintained at all and no ventilation just adds on. We requested to change the room twice because of the smell so the lady in reception said it's another 1000 bucks for the upgradation, which makes it 3k for a room which is worth of approx 600 Rs. It's a loot.
The only good thing about this hotel apart from being on highway, was the restaurant. That looked more appealing than the room.

hotel is clean bathroom is flean room also very neat and clean.. tasty food. staff is very helpful but lazy or untrained l. untrained staff is the only thing which disappoint me
