Hotel Green Kohinoor Resort

We went in a group. We all got tiny rooms which we decided to adjust with. What we couldn't adjust with are- geysers not working and having to bathe in cold water, owner and staff acting smart by asking us to adjust to the non-working TV, serving breakfast late and blaming us for the delay, charging extra for warm drinking water, and I could go on. The bathroom to my room had. Single window at shoulder level which had clear view of the main road and neighbouring hotel.!!!

Location is good...rooms and Bathroom are not clean and small.

Outdoor arrangement are good, for cold weather you will get cool food.

Drinking water bottles are not ready available all the time.

Breakfast no plates are arranged, we served with Bread Jam and Aloo parata with out pickle and Curd.

We ate breakfast directly from main cutlery with out plates.

Overall experience.location is good n service need to improve.

Rooms are small with no fan or ac. I understand that the temperatures here are cool and ac isn't required but it get claustrophobic as there is no ventilation. The hotel staff asked me to open the window for ventilation and I have shared the picture of what I found outside my so called window. Please choose your room properly as I dint get the chance as was travelling through deyor camps.

Been here !! Suffered here !! Absolutely pathetic compact rooms and unclean stinky bathrooms. Very rude staff, the food served was broght from outsude and served very late. After sharing our grievances, the arrogant owner asked us 9 ladies to leave the premises and go to hell

Pathetically small rooms and very stinky bathroom. Hotel is not clean at all. Food was somewhat good but the plates and vessels are not cleaned properly. Highly not recommended.

We stayed 1 night at Green Kohinoor Hotel.
Location & view from room is very good.
On that time we saw snow fall which was amezing experience in our life. All staffs Feroz, Iqbal, Aqib are very polite & served us with smily. Food was very tasty & amezing.

We 9 women stayed there for a night, they didn't have staff due to Bakrid, food was served very late, and was very less for 9 of us, when questioned they threatened us to put us out of the hotel, very bad experience. Staff was very rude and arrogant.

zero percent hospitality, zero percent cleanliness, zero percent hygiene. Rooms are more than worst. Better to stay in footpath. overall rating 3.6 is big scam i guess.
