Inshallah Houseboats

Houseboat was looks like royal place, with all the amenities we feel very comfortable.
The staff is very much cordial. They were always there to assist us for the minutest of things.
Food they serve like homely & fresh, we had KAWA early in the morning with sunlight right on our face with slow cold waves of the air. Such pleasant & beautiful nature view. we loved our stay with 'Inshallah Houseboats' and I totally recommend it anyone for a quaint experience.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house boat.it’S like a house of royals. Beautifully carved and interiors are very thoughtfully designed. Riyaz bhai( owner ), shaukat and Sajid ( care takers ) are extremely warm lovely. They made sure we were comfortable and took care of all our needs. The serene surroundings just deterred us from going anywhere. Make sure you have atleast a day dedicated to spend on the houseboat

The owner Mr. Riyaz and his staff was so hood and welcoming . They made us feel like a family and younger brother.
The house was well cleaned and beautiful and the best food we ate in Kashmir during our visit..
Everyone there is very helpful and a must recommend place to go :)

If someone wishes to experience true Kashmiri hospitality, Houseboat Inshallah (HBI) is the place to visit. The houseboat is situated at a quaint location with no commotion, guest can enjoy the beauty around the place in absolute peace and solitude. The way the property is maintained is exceptional. Mr.Rayaz ensures the guest are catered to the maximum, he is gem of a person and I do cherish the long chats we had in front of the bukhari with hot piping cup of kehwa. The boats are intrinsically designed with Kashmiri wood art, which would amuse you and at the same time one can't help stop pondering and admiring the hardwork that goes in making and running the property. The food that Mr.Rayaz supplies from his kitchen is simple yet healthy, something very close to what we have at our homes daily, proportion is enough to fill the tummies. Visitors throng towards Dal for enjoying their houseboat experience but end up being disappointed because of the noise and commotion, to beat this it is highly recommended to stay at Nagin and if at Nagin then what place else than HBI.

Would always want to comeback to have a chat with Mr.Rayaz and enjoy his hospitality.

This houseboat is not worth staying. First of all this is not 4 star or 5 start rated hotel. I really don't know why it shows up on booking sites with 4 or 5 start hotel rating.
They don't have a power backup for heating so frequent power cuts will make your nights miserable during nights.
Dinner was served for 900 Rs with only 4 small pieces of chicken and sellers will keeps coming to your house boat for no reason and keep annoying you.
If you want peaceful stay stay somewhere else

Only suggestion is to provide a heat matress during winters as the AC is not able to provide sufficient heat needed during negative temperature

Good place to stay with family members, children ,hand made wooden works inside,good view point ,heater in rooms also good with food.
