Rosetree Lite Abrol Residency- Katra

Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- machine in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional Staff.
The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed & bathroom with shower very clean.
Mr. Mohit was very helpful in directing us to market and also arranged vehicle for Shiv Khori & near by pilgrims.
We felt special from the beginning to the end.

Very nice 👌 , happy to visit again with family 👪. Nice n budget hotel for family. Neat n clean room, 24hrs hot 🔥 water 💧 .., wifi both floor sperately. Mohit who is owner of this hotel has to good management skill to facilitate the customer as per their need n requirements. We r stayed 4 days of groups of 15 peoples. HAAPY TO STAY..HERE. Our feedback n suggestions greets happy to improve their hospitality. We wish him all the best for coming years.

5 mins walking from main road.
Good stay on average budget.
People looking for a place only for stay purpose so that they can visit city places can fo for this hotel .
People looking for high maintainence hotel,all amenities are not recommended.

It was quite a comfortable stay.The owners were polite and cooperating.Only one thing was the tap has very low pressure so please do check.Also the place is a km from the main katra chowk though the main road is just 400m walk away.Overall good.

Service was very good, staff was very nice & supportive, rooms were also very nice & clean, most important thing for us was our dog was allowed, so we really enjoyed our stay.
Just that it seems it was overpriced for the amenities it have (no TV, no catle etc) & the location (said to be new bus stand but it's not even started, & just like an open land), so if you can ignore these few things it could be a great stay option for you

The room is overall good. But there is no good service available like toiletries, towels, etc. Also, no food facility available at the hotel. Just tea and Maggie.

Very good place to stay at Katra at a very affordable rate. Also feel like home away home as the owner is exceptional fantastic who looks all your need. Very reliable and will treat you as family member. The owner will guide you like any thing which makes the darshan very easy and pleasant.

Very Good Hospitality, Polite Behaviour, Neat & Clean Rooms, Good quality and quantity of food (Specially Yellow Dal)
