Hotel Downtown

Amazing hotel! We came here as a big group and the staff were very patient. Very good service and beautiful rooms! Restaurant staff were also very catering to our needs!

Lovely ambience, superb hospitality and cordial staff. One of the most memorable experiences of our Kashmir trip was ot course the stay in Downtown. We will surely miss the delicious food which was full of variety ... the smart and handsome boys in the restaurant

Clean room though a little small. Interior design was great. Prompt service of the staff, they go out of the way to help the guests whichever way they can. Thank them for upgrading our room. Manzoor was extremely supportive in helping us with the food as we are on a diet. Only issue is the location. The hotel is in a densely populated surroundings. Only houses around. One have to either sit out in the room or come down to the lobby which was nice, by the way. Think more suitable for business travelers.

Stayed with my daughter during our 3 day Kashmir trip. The rooms are clean, hygienic and well maintained. Excellent service. Very cordial and friendly staff. Variety of food offered for breakfast and Dinner (lunch was on the go). Food was super delicious. Thank you Downtown team for making our trip memorable.

Hotel Downtown exceeded my expectations . Amicable staff, congenial ambiance, top-notch amenities, seamless service & extremely savoury & variegated food options. Best hotel in all of Kashmir for a reason, not just hype. Highly recommended and worth every penny ! The property is at an extremely wonderful location. It has wonderful view from the top floor. Overall a great and memorable experience.

Rooms are excellent. Room heater is very effective. There is 24 hours very hot water supply in the toilet. Staffs are friendly. Food is good. When you phone for something to the reception the response is prompt. I will strongly recommend this hotel especially in winter . The only aspect which needs to be improved is the approach road to the hotel.

It was really a pleasant stay for our family. We stayed here for 2 days. Awesome ambience, clean and spacious Rooms and Washrooms. Specially the behavior of the staff and management is really good. Would strongly recommend Hotel Downtown to all. Would also like to specially thank Arshad who helped us a lot in booking this Hotel.

I stayed for two nights at the Hotel Downtown, Srinagar. It was the perfect choice for me.The hotel is beautiful, sound proof, and convenient very close to market area. The room was elegant and designed for comfort. I appreciated all the attention to detail from the staff. Very organised and helpful staff the kind of service that you expect from star hotels, friendly and professional staff. Food at the restaurant was excellent.
It was really one of my favorite hotel experiences.

Highly recommended.
