Star Hotel

As for as the location is concerned we feels that we are not in poonch but in Jammu as the location is very good for the inbound travelers. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Poonch.

i will give -5 star its very bad hotel bad staff manager which photos i am sending it was deluxe room when i complain to manager he was warning me just keep quite where is costumer safety it was very bad deal for me i will suggest dont stay anybody it will dangerous

good food with clean rooms and very humble staff who helps you every time for wonderful stay

I have stayed here worst hotel ever i ve ever seen,no management system.. No displine, dirty bed sheets, dirty cushions,

This is a budget property but property is good

It's the good hotel in the area as here you will not get better hotel than this. The food serve here is ok. Room service is also good but this hotel is not having tv as most of the tvs are not functional. The restaurant is ok you will get food all the time. The best is the Parathas served during the morning time. Nun chai is also good.
