Good family hotel to stay in jammu at reasonable prices .
Pure vegetarian restaurant and non smoking hotel
Clean and good service
More over very safe and homely for a single Lady
I’m staying here alone , came for my office work .

Quite good 👌.. Bathrooms, bedroom, bedsheets were clean. Tv, ac available.

Even not able to provide towel

Very bed service and room was not clean

NEVER EVER OPT FOR THIS RESTAURANT.
Rude staff. Always expecting TIPS for small services
Very Rigid in attitude
Wrong order sent from restaurant taken back but not reversed in bill.
No provision of Hot water. geysers don't work at all.
Only plus point is proximity to Raghunath Temple.

Let's start with what it did have: room had a lock on the door, hot water, relatively clean room and a bar of soap. Issues: dated and depressing room, outside window was filthy and view so bad we just close window shades, wifi was slow and cutout every hour or so, furniture tore, bathroom vented through open window into hallway, loud to hallway noise and talking, outside traffic noise, heater wouldn't keep room warm, they wouldn't give us more than 1 towel, bed gave us a back ache. service was bad, they gave us a hard time about the heater not keeping the room warm by saying we don't know how to operate a heater, Maintenance would open the door and come into our room without asking permission.
