Dee Park View Jammu

We were very content with our stay here. The location is very close to Jammu railway station and hence is very convenient. The staff is very courteous and ready to help. The manager was very polite to us and guided us well about places we can visit in Jammu, and local food we can try. The rooms and the washrooms also were very clean and well-maintained with excellent service. Overall very good experience, will surely stay here when we visit Jammu again.

Bed sheets/covers are very neat and clean. Food serving vessels like hot cases and other tea serving flasks were not cleaned properly.

Rooms are dingy with no ventilation whatever. You can't make out if it is day or night from inside the rooms. Dirty, filthy bathroom.
The location is nice though!

The breakfast is good (that's the only meal we had since we were visiting a friend for his wedding). The tea is good, masala tea with strong cardamom flavour. A small, thoughtful and convenient thing they have done is, kept a pair of rubber slippers / flip flops for the guests to walk around. They are size 7. It's a size that will fit everyone. I have shoe size 10! The water heaters need repair in some rooms though. Thank you!

Ajay Verma was prompt in answering all our queries. We needed room only for some hours as we had flight to catch. Room was super Clean and bathroom too.Geyser is available. I will surely stay here when I come back to Jammu.

The wifi was poor , more like a 2G . Another drawback was the staff screaming at each other and making unnecessary noise in corridors instead of talking calmly. The only positive was the food .
