The owner is lovely, the facilities are new and clean, the food is good. I enjoyed my stay. Recommend to anyone who needs a place to crash on the way from Jammu to Kashmir, and wants something a little extra.

Good and clean. One of the better places to stay in Banihal. Though service may be a bit slow sometimes, but staff is very courteous and friendly. Rates are standard government rates. Very beautifully maintained.

The JKTDC bungalow no 2 is not maintained at all, the rooms are dusty, only one blanket was given .

On such amount consider it as good option.... More over staff is worth 4*... So enjoy the stay... Meals are fresh.
