Very good location and view from our room. Nice food. Staff are very polite and supportive. Hotel GM Mr Aman is an excellent professional and he helped us to resolve all our teething issues on arrival. His hospitality is excellent and the way he manage things are phenomenal👍

The hotel is at a very perfect place, the views are awesome here.
Coming to the house keeping, I rate 5 star as the team members are very cooperative. The rooms were very clean and decent.

Would advice people coming to Shimla and Kufri should definitely stay here. Must recommend.

Amazing place with all amenities and beautiful view. Very calm and peaceful. Breakfast room meet Nikhil Verma at the reception he will make sure to suggest you the best options also very polite and courteous. Highly recommend this place especially for solo
and family travellers.

The rooms are expensive. Service sucks, I had to call them more than 15 times before they delivered me water bottles, and that so it was unclean and visibly yellowish in color. The food too happens to be expensive, and they charge Rs 50 per bottle for a biselari water bottle which costs rs 15 anywhere in the country. In short, I am utterly disappointed.

Property is excellent and near to kufri adventure resort. Easy to approach. Moreover the Manager Aman and staff members are helpful and polite. The food was delicious. We will visit the property again definitely and recommend to known.

View from the hotel is good. Food provided by them is good but expensive.bathroom was clean.lift is available to reach the rooms and housekeeping guys are helpful.

We had trouble in the bathroom where we were getting electric shocks when we touch water. The issue was rectified by the hotel housekeeping but its risky. These kind of things should be taken care beforehand.
Rooms with view is charges double of normal rooms. But the truth is normal room itself has good views, so no point in spending extra money just for a balcony.
