Lajguru, Bed N Breakfast Hotel

Owner and staff was really nice and helpful. They provided us the food at mid night also, when their kitchen was closed.
Rooms were okay, need some renovation now.
This is approx 2 km away from Mall road.

Rooms are nice but location is not good. First of all, its difficult to find the hotel. Secondly, while entering, you have to move downwards via stairs and you will get very bad smell.

Sometime in rooms also, you get bad smell.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very polite . The only problem is staircases at the entrance. You have to carry your luggage by your own. Staff will not be there for your luggage . But overall experience was good .

very nice hotel and staff is good.If you are coming by bus then take bus from old bus stand and land to bemloi chownk.hardly 5 min run.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been in. There is no parking lot, so the car has to be parked on the side of the road and the roads are so narrow that you are constantly in fear of your car being smashed by another car. And when you want a refund because of no parking space (we brought our own personal car), they say that they had never stated that they have a parking space.
Also, what kind of hotel makes a guest take a tray our of their own room so that it can be cleared? Please mind that I had already informed them to clear the plates. Then I went out to have a tour of Shimla, by the time I returned I was tired and irritated but still, I had to clear the plates by myself despite being exhausted. I have NEVER experienced such service.
Oh, and there is no bottled water. Only RO water is provided in jugs.
The menu is also small with only vegetarian options.
Glad that my family and I only paid for one day.

very cold rooms.
wife does not work properly.
Geyser is even more pathetic, at a time only one person can bath.
Television has no paid channels in it and when asked for a sepcific channel the manager provided the channel but also mentioned that people dun usually ask for Tvs, then why is the TV kept in the room.
the non veg food has smell in it and is very old.. they have not added the entrance picture..

Everything is good here. Feels like home. There are approaches to the property one can walk or walk down stairs. The rooms are clean, with good beds.
The location is perfect, away from the street but close to the mall lift. One can reach in 20mins of walk or can take any bus passing by and reach in 5mins.

Hygeinic and clean rooms were there. A homely atmosphere is provided. The host is a very humble and polite person. Food was tasty. We were provided with the dining too for our meals. Washrooms are clean and neat. Ashu the guy who cooks dinner is very polite and humble. The staff is very hardworking polite and co-operative. And the location is very good it is at walking distance from the mall road . It was an awesome stay . Highly Recommended.
