Hotel Royal Hillton

A really nice stay in a small town. Loved the facilities. The staff is very co-operative and the food is also nice.
Would surely recommend to everyone who are coming from outside.

Hotel is good, earlier food quality was good but now it is degraded.
Service need to be improve.

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times before covid. But this time maintenance n hygiene of this hotel very poor. Bathroom was dirty n stinks like some public urinal. Duvet cover has stains of u can understand of what. Food quality is also poor. I ordered ice bucket which is usually free of charge at other places. Also its all dirty ice broken from ice brick. Spoon the gave was used n unwashed. After complaining they brought same ice n spoon after washing.
Looking at the poor condition of this hotel it does deserve rent more than a basic lodge. Expensive n low grade.
Looking at condition n maintenance of this hotel this hotel doesn't deserve more than 800-1000 per day.

Stayed for one night.
Overall Room condition is Almost perfect.
Only faced a little issue with electricity in the morning,other than that Hotel is a good place to stay but little bit expensive.

Hotel location and all staff of hotel's behavior was very good, food was very tasty and menu is full from tasty food. Suggest all to stay here when you come to paonta sahib.

It's 2-3 times worst experience here in service and food related.i don't suggest to come here with good expectation

Very nice hotel to stay. Though they don't have service after 11, but staff is supportive. Also they have tasty food and they take Care for everything and everyone. Must stay here whenever in Paonta Sahib.
