Loved this hotel so much. My fave 5 star in the country. The property is beautiful with lovely views, the staff is so courteous and the food is delicious. Didn't feel like leaving the hotel to explore Dharamshala

Extremely poor location..... Location doesn't give you a feel of 5 ⭐ Hotel..
Further- The restaurant decor is obviously maintained well but again there is nothing like we are at 2100 M.
Staff - Ther all are busy with some stuff which creates an ignorance for guest

Location is Ok. No view at all. No games at all. TT table was dismantled, no snooker/pool table. No games for adults at all. This definitely isn't a resort. 0 stars for the service. Nobody picks up the intercom. Even if they do, they won't service your request. Asked for hot drinking water, didn't arrive. Room was getting very hot in the night because of heater. Called at all the numbers - room service, reception, restaurant, emergency, nobody picked up or even called back. I can't understand if this is how Hyatt operates everywhere. Definitely not a 5 star, may be a 3 star

It’s a amazing property, staff are so friendly, very neat & clean Place. Really enjoyed the stay.Excellent food menu. Highly recommended to stay 🧚🏻♀️🥳🥰

My girlfriend and I visited the Hyatt for tea. The hotel is beautiful, the tea was great and most of all, the service was fantastic. We were served by Pankaj - he was extremely professional, friendly and we enjoyed our conversation with him. If you're looking to visit the hotel to dine and take in the beautiful surroundings, look no further than the Hyatt.

Loved every bit of my experience during this stay, I was on a 10-day holiday and this was one of the coziest experiences of my holiday. The entire hotel is well-designed, taking care of every need we may have during the visit. The temp-controlled pool was just perfect in this cold weather, the Pvt movie experience was a lot of fun, and the meals in the forest latched restaurant THYM, it was like entering a different world of peace. Loved the hospitality & warmth of the staff. I never felt like leaving this place, it was just what I needed in my break. Thank you Chand, Sahil & Sachin was ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Ofc all the chefs who made sure every taste bud is happy & satisfied. Robin & Anurag for the welcome & rooms.

Group of friends came to celebrate New Year at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala. And our experience was amazing…. “Excellent Hospitality, Awesome food, beautiful decor, spacious rooms on 5 Th floor with balcony .Chef Vikas,Sneha, Vidhesh, Hemant, Shubham, and all he staff at the Thyme restaurant, the spa, house keeping , room service, front desk all were excellent…., will highly recommend and surely visit….,,,, Awesome time….,Thank you….uma javeri
