Hotel Winter White Spiti

Fabulous view of the mountains and hill range from the room and balcony of the hotel. The room was warm, cozy, clean, and very well maintained.

The staff were very courteous and specially Rajesh was very helpful and caring with all aspects. He was very patient to listen to our high altitude sickness problems and reacted accordingly. Of course supported by the hotel chef/cook who made delicious food that kind of helped us to gain some energy after an exhaustive ordeal.

Felt a bit expensive even before the start of season (1st Week of May 2022) but it surely served the purpose in all perspectives.

Electricity n water is a big problem, but the manager is very nice n good. Great views can be easily seen from the room. Food was delicious😋 but the room rent was 3000 , that time. Little bit costly. I feel happy if the rent reduced to 2200.

Excellent service, great location, clean rooms, awesome food & comfortable stay, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Mr. Ranjeet is very helpful, friendly & courteous. I had a great experience staying there:)

Very welcoming manager, big and clean room, comfortable bed.We had a wonderful dinner and the breakfast was even better and a nice conversation with the hosts, they are really so friendly! We had 2 rooms - both were in excellent conditions and attached bathrooms were neat and clean.The view outside the window is even more impressive, you can wake up next to big mountains and shining sun. Awesome view to kick start your morning.
About the host- the man “Mr Ranjit “, you made the stay even more amazing with your excellent service and your impressive nature towards us, and .
The food was very delicious, well served , similar to the food we get in our region.

Very poor service available there. There is dirty rooms, bathrooms, mugs are broken and i found hair in dinner. There was a manager which was indisciplined and unmannered people. There was a beard man which was showing me knife on some facility issue. Water is not coming everytime, lights are also not coming everytime, wifi is not available , telivision was also not working
I booked rooms for 4 person but they are telling me I had book 2 person only and they charge extra Rs.2000 for two persons.

We have booked this hotel for 2 days and the room was not clean, Geyser not working, services was very slow if you ask something you have to wait for an hour. Guy with beard is very rude to us. He doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Trust me think twice before booking this hotel and never pay in advance because they don’t have any cancellation policy.

The worst experience very rude behavior after getting paid and full of cheaters . The hotels provided are not as per commitment. Overall very bad. I suggest friends please dont choose this hotel for any case, else you will spoil your entire trip.
