Hotel Sita Palace

Hotel staff were helpful up until booking then they don't care. Rooms don't have headroom(literally 5foot and 10inches top floor).food was edible and that's it. They close the main door of the building at 10:30pm so you can't go outside.

worst hotel ever. No cleaning. No room service. Staff is unhelpful. Our room was extremely unhygienic and they charged us alot for that. No soaps,towel,wifi provided. Even their phone was not working. We couldn't stay there more than a day. After half day, there was no water in bathroom. Pathetic cheaters. Not even basic facilities. Negative 10 star ⭐

Worst experience ever faced in life, they have ruined our 2 days trip by their service, food was pathetic found died fly in food, chicken was stale, had food poisoning after having food, hotel staff were so nice before booking, once payment done and hotel booked they were very rude and nobody is there for you, bed shets were dirty , no towels were there, dirty wash rooms, small itchy worms were there in room, rats were roaming in room, when we complained manager he simply said open the gate they will go, when called hotel staff to change bed sheet at 7 pm and took follow up so many times nobody came till 11'o clock, when we went to reception on 11'o clock they said staff duty is over now nobody will help you, called their manager and request to provide bedsheet and changed by ourselves, in night they cut all telephone lines, only guard will be available in reception and he is very rude.
Nobody will there for your service
My simply suggetion if you want to ruind your trip and if you don't care about your health than you can stay here.

Good room view, person sitting at the reception desk has lot of arrogance and don't give you straight answers. He didn't serve me dinner for a nonsense reason..pls don't stay in this hotel. Worst staff

One of the worst hotel . Service is too bad , geyser doesn’t work , monkeys come in room any time , doesn’t safe place , if u r thinking to go there I advise not to go there

Gud hotel with all the facilities. And the window view was awesome.

A horrible place to stay. Dirty bedsheet and blankets. Toilet was stinking. On the first day of stay I could not sleep the entire night as large group of monkeys was running around the sunshades of the room they kept on banging on the window panes throughout the night. The TV was not working. For the second day, I told them I would check out if they don't give me another room. With a great difficulty they changed the room. Again, all the problems remained except the monkey menace. A soiled undergarment of a lady was found in the bathroom. No cleanliness at all. No house keeping service. Dirty toilet. TV was not working in this room as well. Indeed the stay was a nightmare!

Location of a Hotel is good and price is also reasonable.
However cleanliness within the hotel is pathetic bedsheet and blankets are not cleaned, moister is comming inside the room throughout the walls.
Staff behaviour was not professional
Not couple friendly
No parking space
No toiletries provided
