Really Nice Hotel. Rooms are very much clean and staffs are also very cooperative. Best hotel to stay on the mall road. staff's behaviour is very friendly and food taste is really good!!

Nice and clean hotel in the center of Shimla. The staff took great care of us. . Extra rooms were available and the team upgraded us to a Deluxe room. We were very appreciative! Would happily stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and our experience was SUPERB! The food was EXCELLENT and the staff was courteous. The rooms were clean and well maintained

Today is last day of my 3 night stay here in this Hotel. It lacks basic requirements 1. Drinking water: hotel denied me first to provide water for drink. The manager forced to purchase mineral water at double cost than printed on it. After resist, they provide water in reused bottle (I requested to provide it in a steel jug, but refused by them). Also the water they provided is not drinking quality ( lot of suspended matter can be seen in the water). 2. Rude behavior of the manager Mr. Sharma (forget his first name). Personally seen altercation with another two group of guest 3. Food quality is not so good.. Rajma, mixed veg, 4. Not good for those having child.

Worst hotel ever I have stayed , MD Naveen gupta and hotel staff is unprofessional, Uneducated and non cooperative at all. It’s 1 degree cold here and they gave our room heater to someone else and we are having no heater now. We have suffered like anything and requesting anyone who is reading this feedback try to avoid this hotel at any cost. No proper guidance from staff to reach hotel, even we have to use common washroom as they were not having rooms when we checked in with pre booking. Washrooms don’t have lock, rooms don’t have heaters, food is worst, even driver denied to have that food.

Rooms are so neat and clean. Food is also scrumptious . Furthermore, the way staff converse with guests is so polite . Overall it was over the moon experience

No proper guidance from staff to reach hotel, even we have to use common washroom as they were not having rooms when we checked in with pre booking.
