Very Poor Service. The behavior of the staff is very bad and talks to the customer in rudely and a lot of attitude.
There is no one co-operative from service boy to manager.
Totally waste of money.
I would never visit this hotel in the future.

These people put a lot of restrictions after booking the hotel, like - cannot cancel the booking and cannot order food from outside.
In the name of complimentary, only half a liter bottle of water is given, if you want to take more than this, you will have to pay money.
The quality of the food is very poor and the food is not sent to the room, we have to go to their restaurant only.

always my experience is good in there but yet last time am eating breakfast sendwich,in in sendwich cucumber test bitter so am can't enjoyed food fst time there visit, one a request of with hotel please repair room no 111 TV,ma complaint 5 time at that time but no service man come for this,and second bathroom pipeline cleaning coz when somebody shower there bathroom automatic create a swimming pool. hotel meanu card without service and tx charge so if anyone order calculate amount before.coz a bowl of Maggie is 123/-🤔
yaa atmosphere of there is very good no extr disturbance,

Breakfast time is 10:30 i was not well so I call them at 10:40 and request to send the breakfast in room as I am not well.... They clearly said that breakfast is available but it will be chargeable ( even when breakfast is included in my stay ) really unbelievable and worst experience. Not recommended overall a bad experience.

Food taste is very bad. They cook black Moong daal halwa with many lumps. If you eat the halwa then I sure you can't eat anything for 1 day minimum. I'm very disappointed. If they provide 0 rating option then I prefer the 0 on the basis of halwa's taste. 👎👎👎👎

Hotel Alot to us Room No.112 but there is no water in bathroom..it's OK,after that Hotel Property Alot to us Room No.106 in that room Table Drower Towel are there we put our bag in same Room taken Room key with us and we are go in Market for our Offical Work. but when in evening we are open our room, room is locked inside when we see in our room is alloted to Couple.i don't know how to happen this. after that i have ordered a Delux Thali at time 10:20 after 20 min i have Called to Hotel reception they are told to me,kitchen is Closed after 15-20 minutes someome provide wrost food we Sleep without food at the night I don't know how to happen this. me and my Senior employees is very shocked. Very Bad Experience

We had organised a corporate event here. The hall at ground floor is sufficient for gathering 60 person. Food and staff arrangements were good.
Not satisfied with the lighting in the hall and setup of center stage also felt small.

Staff do not convey the room booking massage to each other, i booked in morning and when i reached there in night then staff said that sorry we forget to book,rooms are not available... Very bad experience

Burnt Bread and tasteless Paneer Butter Masala & Malai Kofta served by Billberry hotel.....they were refusing to refund my money... I was shock as Mr. Rohit (owner or senior person may be) was also favouring their staff for the same rather to accept their mistakes...
I asked to refund my money but he denied and asked me to feed this food to dog at your own cost as we will not refund for this....Such a bad behaviour of owner is not acceptable at all..
.Don't ever experience for Bill Berry Hotel...the service is very slow and food is so so much tasteless so so much tasteless....you can see the pics of burnt bread which was being served to us at their costly prices....I will not prefer and will not refer for this hotel for poor service and tasteless food

Remember the name Mr. Rohit who behaved rudely over telephonic call (on mobile phone of staff) with me
