In all fairness, it would be tough to write a bad reply to the glowing review below. But this manager really nails this particular response. It is so genuine and natural, and she even takes the time to complement the guests!

if you reach at night time then you have to wait 40-50minutes to check in as nobody there to open the hotel door.little dirty too.

These people are a bunch of thugs. They did not let me check in even though I had booking from agoda. The place also looked shady, not recommended for family

Worst experience ever very bad property however the staff is nice but not at all hygienic broken bed dirty washrooms no towels dirty bed sheets.

This is Hilarious, 1stvthe hotel reception guy (posing as the owner) says no room available, when it's already booked and paid for in advance, later says can give a room but at extra charge, and hotel guy says we don't take or entertain or accept any bookings from OYO..

And now OYO is asking me to post a review about the STAY, what stay...? One which didn't happen...
