Lemon Tree Premier, City Center, Gurgaon

I stayed in this hotel in October, 2021. It's a good hotel. There was a receptionist, Mahendar I think, who helped with some light issue, and fixed it quickly. I liked the bathroom, it has these sliding doors which make it look like a closet when closed. The bathroom was clean. The furniture/ambience in the room was modern. Only problem I saw was that the beds were slightly smaller than what I would like. Still good enough. Also, my room had a nice view. It's at walkable distance to sector 29 night life. May be obvious, but I am not sure if it is safe to walk alone during night.

Also, I would recommend this one over Lemon tree premier, leisure valley. The room I got in this one was much much better furniture wise, and cleanliness wise. The room in this one is slightly smaller though.

Bang on Sector 29 Leisure valley. The location can't get better. You can just step out of the hotel if needed for multiple options to experience the night life.

Rooms are very clean but it's showing it's age. Like the shower gel holder and other holders are rusted, the wood work looks worn out and needs rework.

Breakfast was a decent spread and I adequate. I wouldn't say options are extensive but that's good and it's as much as needed.

Overall the location definitely is great and the hotel ticks all the boxes well

The room was good, it came with a small garden/balcony but thats where all good things end. This hotel has the worst staff I've ever seen, most rude and uncourteous bunch of employees I've ever encountered. Stayed for two days and booked two rooms from the start we asked adjacent or opposite rooms, even when the room was available they refused to give it to us.
The pool was the dirtiest I've ever seen in any hotel and for the breakfast less said the better. In short will not recommend it to anyone.

There are hardly any Non Veg Options in Breakfast Buffet (only egg and Sausage) and Dinner Buffet (only one chicken preparation), where as ala carte menu has lots of Options of non veg which they bill you additional.

Out of 4 nights we stayed, 3 nights there was no buffet in Dinner, which leads to less options for customer and also lots of food waste. If hotel don't have confidence about buffet they should not sell the Option at all.

Also the room service needs to be more proper. My room's shower gel was not refilled for 3 days even after asking for same. Restaurant staffs were also not properly groomed to serve customer.

Great Hotel. The rooms are quite clean, the washrooms are properly maintained. The guy on reception is quite rude, though. I have visited here like 100s of times now but he showed no regard to that and was quite rude.

Premium experience, best in class food, ambience & staff behaviour. Smooth check-in process.
The hotel was clean & hygienic, staff was very supportive & respectful.

The stay was good, food was amazing and the staff were friendly until I told the receptionist to keep my slippers in my friend's room at the hotel as I was checking out. When I came back to get my stuff they said that the slippers were not there, I told them that your staff had left it there, they confirmed and the man in charge said maybe your friends took the slippers away with them because we don't have the slippers and I can't check the room as guests are staying there. The slippers are not important here but the fact that I know that my belongings are there but I am being told that my friends took them away and I can't do anything about it. After fighting for 2 hours with the receptionist I had to forget and leave. Terrible experience, makes me think what if I had left some important stuff there then what would I have done.

Narender from housekeeping team was very good and helpful with cleaning of rooms and shifting luggage. Great service
