I had a good stay at Key lites by lemon tree. Please find my detailed review below.
Location- 5/5 Location of hotel is very good. You can get anything outside just by a 5 min walk. There are a lot of good dining and shopping places outside. Hotel is clearly visible from main road. Prime location indeed!
Reception- 5/5 Reception service is also good. They are reachable and helpful. My phone stopped working so one of the associate helped me with the nearest service center.
Housekeeping- 5/5 I will rate housekeeping and cleanliness of the room with 5 stars. Housekeeping did their job good.
Room- 4/5 Room was good and cozy. I only thing I felt was it was a little bit small. I have stayed in many similar rated hotels and rooms were a little bigger. However, I was staying single so I didn't face any issues but couples might. Sheets were clean. Some automatic room freshener can do magic if they install it.
Bathroom- 4/5 I will rate bathroom and toiletries as 4. Towels were clean. I could smell bleach. Some toiletries were missing which i got from reception just by a call. Maybe it is very personal but carry your own shampoo if you are staying there. Their shampoo made my hair dry and frizzy. I think hot water is also not available 24*7. Quality of towels can be improved. Some soft towels would be great.
Breakfast/Food- 3.5/5 Only concern I had was with the food. It was okay okay. With the prices listed it can be a little better. I took room with free breakfast as well. Breakfast was also fine. It was a buffet system.
Overall Stay- overall stay was good. I will rate 4/5 in overall stay.

This is a great hotel. It's managed well, clean and the service is efficient and smooth. It's location is pretty prime, quite close to a market place and a mall. The breakfast buffet was also quite delightful. Kudos and keep it up.

Found the staff super friendly but wasn't impressed with the room maintenance. Some interior seems to have cracks and broken. Room cleaning was to the point.

To find a budget stay in Gurgaon is difficult. But keys Lite Mayfield is a place with luxurious rooms, car parking and comfortable beds. The rooms are neat and tidy. They take good care of hygiene. Also the hotel staff are well mannered and helpful. Go ahead to book this place to experience!!!

The rooms are big bt not worth 4 thousand .Oyo townhouse quality in everything. I was staying in nemesia checked out because wanted a cheap hotel booked it for almost same amount of money paid as nemesia bt the rooms were not 10% of what I thought would be reading the reviews. Go for a cheaper option rooms like this is available in every second hotel.

Accommodation is not worth 3800/- charged for a night. 1. There is a lot of seepage in room with plaster coming off. 2. Quality of hand towel can be judged from the attached picture 3. There is a huge gap in the curtain on bathroom window which is a major privacy issue 4. They don't keep a soap at the wash basin. When I asked for one, a security guard brought two dispensers with shampoo and moisturizer. Probably the receptionist also did not understand or convey what a soap is. The guard went and finally brought a soap. 5. The breakfast was absolutely cold. The induction cookers below each dish were switched off. Both the dispensers on table had salt. On being asked for pepper, the service guy looked for it and then brought sachets. 6. At the time of checkout I asked for a copy of invoice and they refused saying it is already paid. On insisting the receptionist woke up a manager and he said finance people will generate invoice once they come on duty and he will send by whatsapp. It was already 9am and the accounts guy had not turned up. What kind of excuse is this?? Again on insisting, the manager gave the invoice.
A decent hotel location with a good room size is unprofessionally managed.

Not a good exprerience. The hotel has lemon tree in its name but the rooms are average . You can get better deals in less price
