Good food and house keeping services. Needs maintenance. We opted the high end suite room and the bath was always overflowing due to drainage issues. Carpets needs a change. Was really dirty and old for a four star hotel. Reception staff needs more training. Not knowledgeable for what they do and so poor service.

Decent rooms. But 🚿shower required some service as it didn't work properly all the times. Shaving kit and tooth-brushing kits shall be offered.

Don’t know about the rooms but the restaurant is good !! The food is yummy 🤤. It’s not full of global cuisines but whatever they offer in the buffet tastes great. I am depriving them of one star due to the service. A lot of the waiters are just like any small restaurant guys and degrades the entire experience.

The location was accessible and rooms were great but the staff present at desk can be rude to you like as if we are the prisoners in their jail. They should keep a check while recruiting people in service sector about how they behave with others.

The dine in area was pretty cool with mouth watering cuisines.

Really bad room, with a musky smell, uncleaned windows and carpets. The washroom too was just usable....all in all, not at all worth the money spent and just not at all commensurate with the brand name. Wouldn't call it a 4 star, at max a decent 2 star

Good place, clean room, but poorly maintained, like door handle and lock missing, no curtain on glass wall of bathroom! 😳

Food and specially breakfast is good. 👍

Overall a good decent hotel, quick check-in, no hassles, but food prices truly beyond the North Pole!
