It is decent priced hotel. The lobby & entrance are aesthetically decorated. The rooms are quite nice and so is the staff. Linens are worn out & hotel has a policy of charging, in case they are damaged by the customer. So it is expected that customers will get clean & undamaged ones while checking in.

The hotel's setting could be compared to a horror movie set or a guest house/2star budget hotel.

The rooms are average in size and are not clean. The balcony is filthy and covered in cigerrate buds. Toilets are in pathetic condition.

I was looking for a 15-day stay, but the cost of a room at Inr. 3800/- (Twin Sharing) per night is simply too high, especially since breakfast is not included!

The front desk employee is unfriendly and uninterested in greeting visitors; he appears to be paid on time and is unconcerned about upholding the hotel's reputation and business.

Families should avoid this location, but it can be appealing to those looking for a fun night out!

Stay was quiet, comfortable and value for money. Room was very well maintained. Room service was a bit delayed.

Overall very good. Some minor issues like TV or some room service was late or not working. But otherwise it is a good one. Stayed couple of times here and found it very good. Infront of Ansal Plaza mall and walking distance to Sector 23 market is added advantage. Rooms are good and staff is helpful. Good service too.

The location is great also the place has a nice ambience overall from outside. I booked the place after going through heaps of praises in the reviews, booked a royal room but it turned out to be a disappointment.
The checkin process was smooth and hassle free but the room was too clumsy, the bedsheet was dirty it had stains. Highly uncomfortable bed, the curtains were more translucent if not transparent so you always feel someone’s watching you.
The wall paints inside the room and a few artifacts kept inside the room gave more of a haunted house feels.
Moreover the deal i got at Rs2500 was not at all worth it you can find a lot better hotels and airbnbs near by.

Room was good. But service was poor may be due to vacancy. Tea etc should have been for max period. Food order from outside they should help as they know much better for that area.

Best hotel ever in delhi. I have stayed in many five star hotels I felt the same feelings in this boutique hotel. The interior is too good. Felt like staying in hotel more number 9f days.The staffs are very co operative and 100%safe to stay here. Whenever I Come to Delhi from Bangalore I want to stay only in this place. I felt why are they giving for reasonable price??when they have best class interiors. Plz visit once in life timeboutique hotel.
