We stayed there for one night. View from hotel is amazing. Property was newly built and hence rooms were neat and clean. They have nice terrace. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Although food was not that good and sometimes electricity ran out but they got generators fr dt and make sure we have all comforts. Hotel was not so occupied so they provided us extra room to sleep inplace of two extra beds on request. No long mountain driving just 8kms drive. Also tikri taal is not so far from the hotel.

Mr. VIMAL (Fraud Guy) Charged Rs. 500 to 800 at check in time. Please don’t book online or offline Valley Height hotel. Unsafe hotel for Females. If the hotel owner read my review, please fire your unprofessional staff. Otherwise you will also face problems. So my advice to you, change your staff members like Vimal. He is very unprofessional and bad for your business.

A very very bad experience...we booked a room online and online payment was done, but when we reached hotel they were asking for extra amount of rupees 1900 and till the money was paid they didn’t even allow to enter the room, it shows very rude and unprofessional way.There are lots to improve the manners of the staff, and they didn’t even provide extra mattress Since we were three people in single room.Overall the staff behaviour was very unprofessional. Highly don’t recommend this hotel for anyone...

Terrible place to stay. They told us management has been changed so they will charge really high price of 4000/ night. They staff is from haryana who doesn't even know the definition of hotel management. Staff was rude. Landline was not working and they asked us to come at reception to place order. Guys who came to room for service without even knocking they just barge in and sat on bed and was talking like bhai re bhai re all the time. They guy at reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. All night rowdies were making noise and abusing and management was not bothered at all. With new management it is not a place to stay for families or couples. This hotel will not survive for long as you don't have sense of security at all with the staff as they are not professional at all. They ask for cash only you can't pay through gpay or card( previous management use to accept that) No wifi facility as we called a guy for wifi password and he said he doesn't know and not bothered at all( sim network doesn't work there so atleast wifi password should be provided) Don't bother to go there guys

Amazing staff, best food, great ambiance. The staff was highly cooperative, Stayed there for 6 days and planning another trip. Highly recommended for families and group get together, Dileep the manager is available 24/7 to resolve any query. Planning next trip to Morni Hill soon with family and would stay in Valley Heights
