Hotel Maharaja Palace in Jhajjar

Ambience is good but the people working there are not good , especially the receptionist guy . Very much attitude and says that " we don't need customers like you and customers are his foot" when I complaint about the service and looting of extra charges . I used to go there and last time they don't charged GST exclusive but this time they charged Extra GST and extra charges of the cold drink bottle as compared to last month experience. Waiters are quiet better than receptionist. He uses harsh words to even ladies customers. Receptionist is not the right person for this job seriously, even other customers also said him about his worse behaviour and harsh words but he was rude and feeling himself as owner.

Food quality is also not worth it as compared to price, in this price you can visit JD Heavens, and on making complaint against food quality, he uses harsh words seriously. I should have done recording of his words about the customers that customers are his foot . Seriously guys don't go there for ambience . Even Jupiter is quiet better in near to this place. Worst experience ever had in this place.
CONCLUSION:- Middle level staff is not good about service providing and tries to loot extra money from customers.BOYCOTT the Maharaja Palace . The place which can't respect his customers that can't be survived.

Good Ambience. Staff members are not cooperative. I found pieces of paper in Dal Makhani. When I complaint about the foreign particles , it fell on deaf ears. No action was taken. No apology. Owner says that he will keep in mind next time.

Experience is good. The food is delicious. The staff is polite. Overall value for money..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have arranged here ring ceremony of our daughter. Every event was properly managed by working staff. Staff is so humble and cooperative . We were satisfied , thankful to management.

Dont come to this hotel receptionist behaviour very bad and all other environment not good for family staying

Situated near new bus stand and near shopping showrooms and banks , hospitals. Quality food is provided with good quantity and at reasonable prices. Have sufficient space for sitting. No issue of parking. Professional staff.

Visited the place for a marriage function last month. Location of the hotel is very good. Near to marriage palaces. Also rooms size were sufficient. But there are seepage in some rooms which was very shabby. Told to the manager to rectify the same. Otherwise stay was satisfactory.
