OYO 79224 Hotel Shubh

Important and Alert :
Before proceeding for booking any room in this hotel pls must directly call to the hotel concern person and confirm if they are okay with the price reflecting online, otherwise once you'll be there at hotel for check in then the hotel concern person will create scene saying that we do not accept any online booking in such a low price, and you'll have to wait at reception for hours and call customer service and all for resolution regarding the same.
Above was my practical experience, so I shared the same here, rest you guys are matured enough to think and decide wisely.
Also PLS DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE AS THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE A B C D OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I arrived at around 00:15 am. The reception guy was drunk. He told me to cancel booking as there was no room available. Later he told me that he can get me a room if I pay extra 300 over my booking charges. It was already 00:45 and I had to option so I paid. He told me to not tell about this to owner. He didn't let me use AC. No breakfast. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very unfortunate stay. ☹️

I was not allowed to get into the hotel even though OYO agent said that they had successfully booked this property for me. At 1:30 am in the night, me and my father were stranded in Hisar and we had to look for other hotel. Don't go with these FAKE hotels who accept the booking and thendeny you a room. This is a trend in Hisar that I saw.

Receptionist behaviour was too rude,,I Booked room online and when I go to check in receptionist demanding for more money,, Very bad Hotel Staff ,,Very bad rooms condition, Not Good For Family Nor Couple and also not for frnds

I really enjoyed coming here. And the food of Tha was also very tasty and healthy. The worker of Shubh Oyo Hotel was also good in nature.

I booked this hotel and done the advance payment. But when I visited the hotel, they demanded more and without more money they didn't give the room. But because of advance payment on Oyo app is gave extra money to get the room. This is my bad experience ever. I hope you give me all my money refund

worst and maybe my last booking from oyo app hotel staff says oyo is fake and does not accept my booking although I did my payment before going to hotel and he ask me for extra money it cost me 2x from the price shown by oyo app i dont think this is fair you should talk action or i’ll file case again oyo for being and irresponsible. I think i have been scammed by hotel on i dont know by oyo

Such a bad place to stay we visted here we made payment via oyo and they said we had no room here.
