OYO 69479 Hotel Blue Diamond

Booked from OYO with full payment but they didn't allow to check in until they get the 2000 cash more

Worst experience ever, unhygienic rooms. Bad behavior of staff

I booked this hotel with @oyo in Faridabad. I came Faridabad for exam. I reached the hotel near about 11PM . The manager was fully drunk. He told that u have paid 599 rupees so u have to have 200 extra money . I refused to pay extra money. After some time he told me the hotel was fully booked You can't check - in . Then I tried to contact to Oyo I got nothing. In last I paid him 200 extra and check in hotel . AC was not working , Kambal was dirty , Toilet sheet was also dirty.

Very bad and dirty place , please make a seal on this hotel

Staff not good they don't know how to talk with guest.. Blue diamond hotel is very bad experience I have ever had

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
I booked this hotel with @agoda in Faridabad. I reached the hotel near about 11PM . The manager was fully drunk. He told that u have paid 518 rupees so u have to have 300 extra money . I refused to pay extra money. After some time he told me the hotel can’t go with the booking as price to low and they can’t meet up with their expenses so You can't check - in . Then I tried to contact to agoda I got nothing. In last I paid him 200 extra and check in hotel . Poor staff harassing,no service at all.
They should be stopped for providing such poor services and harassing customers.
No wonder @oyo is doing business with such people despite of receiving same type of reviews from customer

worst experience.. after traveling 5 hrs and prepaid payment ,i was not able to find hotel as per directions given... searched for 1 hr.. called the hotel , didnot picked up phone,, call oyo they said try later as we r receiving lot of calls.. even next day morning called oyo 3 times and they just hang up after transferring your call.. overall they blamed me as NO SHOW.. Never ever go to oyo.. better to contact hotel directly atleast ... one word for oyo "CHEATERS"
