OYO 81967 Hotel Galaxy

Worst hotel , no gysers , ill mannered staff worst stay here .

There was nothing to be like, Room was not clean, they do not provide towel, room's key to the customer, Badsheet was too dirty, i found few girls hair on it, AC doesn't work properly,
Hotel manager has asked me extra money for check in beyond the online booking ammount, he clearly refused to provide the room on booking ammount,
I reached there for check in at 11:00 am, but when I ask for waiting there about my room availability, because he said that room ll be available after 11:30, hotel manager again clearly said that my hotel works by the couple only, they will shoch to see a person sitting on the sofa, and they will return back from there,
I think this hotel has also risk for couple guest, couple's should avoid to stay that type of place.

ONLINE BOOKING PROBLEM JUST BOOK ONLINE BUT PAY AT HOTEL.

We booked room through Oyo but they denied it by saying pay more or we ll not provide room...very bad management

Very unsafe for girls, don't recommend this hotel tp anybody.

Rude Manager, Not allowed to go out after 11PM.

Guys if you are coming from another city or you are booking this property from another place, please don't trust them, You can't imagine what happened with me .This people(OYO)are not giving stay at the property .I came to Faridabad at 2 A.M. I had already reserved my room but when I reached their they didn't give me stay even the manager or owner didn't open the Shutter/ gate of the hotel. They just said me get lost on call. I ask oyo for help but they did nothing. I was alone on the road with my bags. I was hopeless who believed on OYO. Literally at that night I slept in a rickshaw with my bag . The atmosphere was too cold my fingers was like freez I was unable to hold my phone and nobody was going to give me stay because the check in - check out policy. The customer executive asks me for refund only he said I can't do anything against our policy. Does your policy say that don't give accommodate to the customer at 2 AM It doesn't matter he is alive or die in the cold. The customer executive said I can do only one thing for you that is refund . OYO doesn't care about you. If OYO is not able to give stay so why they do false promises.

Worst stay. Ill behaved and rude floor manager, no geyser, dirty washroom, bedsheet-comforter with visible stains did not look clean at all
