Stayed here for 5 days in November 2017 so this review is based on a experience I had 5 years ago. But I don't think things have changed dramatically since then. Rooms were great with nice bathroom and mini bar included liquor. Buffet was also very good. You can exchange your dollars to Indian Rupees from the hotel if required. Staff was friendly and supportive. Nothing to complain about except they didn't allowed to take photographs of the hotel from the outside.

Overall the hotel has always been a great stay, whether it was for business or leisure. The hotel has amazing spaces and the food in the restaurant is a good meal. However there are areas where the hotel needs to start paying attention like the cleanliness of the overall room, the maintenance checks and surely some improvement in the In Room Dinning Menu. I do wish the hotel makes note and improves on these as competition isn't too far and a lot specially given in Gurgoan where you have people from all over the globe coming in to stay.

Beautiful hotel lots of great amenities. Great variety of food available for every meal with 24 hour room service. Large rooms very well laid out and well kept. Pool area is fantastic with lots of lounging area around tables to sit around on a large patio area. We will update as we are trying the spa and other amenitie I love it

Let me start by saying that Crowne Plaza wasn't my first choice, but I am super happy I stayed here. The rooms were big, clean, with all amenities one could ask for. If I am splitting hairs, I would complain that the TVs are not smart - so you can't watch your own stuff. Otherwise, zero issues. The staff were always attentive and kept my room impeccably clean through out my stay. A couple of times I asked for support, they were there immediately, even in the middle of the night. Coming to the food, breakfast, drinks, or dinner - the food is worth the price. You have a wide choice - Indian or Western. I recommend going to breakfast a little early on weekends though. Service levels go down a bit during those peak times. Finally, I used their pool and spa services. It's one of the best services I have had - globally. In short, I loved my 10+ day stay in Crowne Plaza every bit. Look forward to going back there again.

This place will always have a special place in my heart as I got engaged here. The staff was super kind. Everyone helped us out with the arrangements. They made sure it was one of the best day of our lives. The food was great. This place has the most luxurious room with all the facilities possible from an automated blinders to a Japanese toilet. I loved it 💓

Excellent food and experience truly amazing, impeccable service. Best choice of food ever. Good experience staying at crown plaza! It was a wonderful stay and food and very relaxing destination. Also staff is well equipped to ensure the best hospitality anyone will ever experience!! Would love to stay here again! I love this hotel😚😚

The staff members who handle the front office, reservations and parking did a wonderful job for us. We appreciate their professionalism and hard work to provide us with an excellent experience. We were very impressed with the check in staff on Sunday when many board members arrived. The staff were welcoming and courteous, providing a smooth and efficient check in. We love bringing our Annual Meeting to the Hotel Crown Plaza. The fabulous, 5 star hotel offers a wonderful ambiance, professional staff and a quality experience. We love the meeting space and all amenities. On this visit, it seems that even greater efforts were made to ensure that we enjoyed our stay!”

Stay away. Things are falling apart in the hotel. Had a head injury because of a broken chair. Half things leak, the other half are broken. Any room service (incl. Room dining) take 1+ hr to be serviced. Its been nearly 2hrs, and I am still waiting for the last service to be completed.
Breakfast & overall food quality is also poor. But they don't let in outside food.
Room cleaning personnel are okay. They try to help you. Rest of them just keep on passing on the tasks to someone else. Budget premium hotels offer better experience
