OYO Flagship 25075 Hotel Grace

Nice Hotel to stay. Loved the food. The location of the Hotel is near to the market which is an added advantage... All rooms are very good... Best part is staff always eager to help you..

Room was small & in poor condition. Walls and almirah were dirty & mutilated. No chairs, tables available in the room. I had to keep my luggage on the floor. Washroom was also dirty and stinky. Tap in the washroom was also of Adam's Era. Although I booked with breakfast but on check-in....But later on they agreed to give breakfast. Thanks for this. Breakfast time was 08:00 AM mentioned in the room but in the morning, reception told that it will be served from 08:30 AM onwards. I got breakfast at 09:15 after 3 calls. They have no pantry and they get food from somewhere outside restaurant. Service is poor. Whitewash going in the hotel and hope condition on rooms improve.
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bad reponse they don't accept oyo online booking. When ever you do online booking and reached to hotel they cancel online booking and demand extra money

It's good hotel but services are poor here.
