OYO 41920 Hotel Rama Grand

Although rooms are good and staff is good, a little issue arose as the management was not allowing us cause the price we paid online for the room booking was lesser than they expected. This is thoroughly unprofessional.

Oyo, MMT and Goibibo should resolve this matter as not only me but other customers have faced same problem.

Rest all other things were good.

This is the best hotel one can easily get their,and their staff members are also helping but i would give them 4 star rating due to their late dilivry.bytheway their location is perfect and one can also avail benefits of parking and their are many well known restaurants and can enjoy their food.

Good rooms and very well located. Walking distance from Sheela bypass. New property and hence there is this smell of fresh paint, if you like it.

I booked this hotel 3 days before checkin from oyo app but when i going to checkin this. The Hotel receptionist directly refuse to give me room at that price. He demanded me double of the price or rebook again when room price is triple of my booking price.

Hotel's management is not good, they are so rude, even dont know how to deal with customers. After asking that who is the owner, got to know that he was the owner's relative. So disappointed.

Good place but i book a room with included breakfasf but hotel did not give me free breakfast they charge me and they put a menu in room i order some drinks but when i pay during checkout the hotel staff said the menu price and hotel bill have diffrent price

Such a brilliant and well hyegined room with all basic facilities at such a low price,to be honest I couldn't have asked for better.just amazing

Stayed here for a wedding function so we had a lot of friends and family members with us.
Rooms were okayish but service was poor. We had to constantly follow up for water, cleaning the room, changing of sheets etc. The staff weren't proactive at all.
