Spend a good time with family but has several issues regarding food which is somehow lacking in taste and varieties. Secondly the rooms were not properly dressed as we expect from a 5* hotels.Swimming pool is also kept without any assistant which in turn is risky for small kids or any emergencies. In short its not a revisit property. Its has to mark the difference to have excellent customer reviews.

This place is good and the ambience and staff is quite good. There is just a point that the location of this hotel is however on the Sonha Road, but if you miss the cut then you have travel a 2 km (2-3 min) drive to make a u-turn. Apart from this, the food is good, service is good staff is good and the ambience is also good.

It's a good property with service appartment concept.
Don't expect a star rated hospitality, .
Though there is nothing wrong with the property for the price you pay.
Rooms are clean , though do check your room before checking in. Some rooms might have a bad stink .
Food is not extra ordinary but decent , (prices are less) .
Bar menu is very limited with decent prices .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lovely Lemon Tree Hotel, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! From start to finish, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and top-notch amenities.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who checked me in quickly and efficiently. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Lemon Tree Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The top-notch amenities and exceptional service truly made my stay one to remember, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Check in - Fast and fuss free
Location - Far but still convenient

Room - I would give a 2 half * if possible. 2 is too low and 3 is too high. I am really not satisfied with the room. 1st, no aircon during winter. Only heater is available.

Why is this so? Since you have 2 functions, why can't you let your guests choose which they want to use? It is ridiculous that the hotel just set the function by default ! The room is so suffocating when the heater is on. We have tried to lower it so that it is not so hot, or on to a higher fan mode to no avail.

Only 1 night stay. No point making a fuss but no, i will not stay here again especially during winter.

Keep in mind, this is not a 5 or a 4 star hotel!! There is no valet, you have to self park. Hotel building is next to an abandoned building, looks like they ran out of budget halfway during construction. You shower for more than 2 mins and water clogs and flood the bathroom. There was a cockroach in our room. Reception have us smoking room on their own, we never asked for it. It had bad smell, then they changed it when we complained. Hotel walls has mold. Whole hotel stinks of lemongrass smell. Staff is not people who have studied hotel management, they will just do the needful. Manager Chanchal Saini will stand at the reception with his hands in his pocket but will not greet or smile at any of the guests. The only good thing was I forgot my wallet in the smoking room they had first given, and some good soul was kind enough to return it. Overall, will not visit again. If you are spending 20k for two days, spend 5 more and go to 5 star.
