Little costly while looking towards services and amenities provided

very nice place to stay everything is just fine

Not a good experience.
Room was not that good.
There is no food. They will get it from outside. And the quality was also poor.
Only a positive thing is room is little big.

Rooms are spacious, food quality is good, located in the heart of the city, but service is poor. Most important-You only have to pay in cash, no cards, QR code for online payment. Overall not recommended to stay, other good options available nearby....

Reasonable Rates. Decent Room. Appropriately Located. Some Electrical and Plumbing Issue that the Owner thought is UnResolve able was irritating. In today's cold climate, when he switched on the geyser the airconditioner also switched on

Such a small hospitality services are missing in hotel. I believe manager and owner doesn't know how to run a hotel.
I will quote a example with Room no 409
1.Gyser is not working
2 Lights in bathroom not working
3 Dustbin is missing in the room
4 Room is stinking badly
As a group we have booked many rooms but owner had a booking in advance but they were not bother about pre arrangements.
I think some coaching is required to Manager, Owner and Staff . I would say stay away from booking here.

Not so good place to stay. Mis-management is the key for destruction of this place. The staff is non professional. Not provided clean room. Lenin was dirty. Used oil packets were thrown in room. No towel offered. Staff said "Sir, towel to geela h, aaj barish hua h to sukha nahi". They don't allow unmarried couples but that was not my case(for info). Rooms are very small. AC in working condition but the water was spilling everywhere in the corridor, no arrangement for that was made by the hotel. In morning when you wake up complete corridor get filled with water gives a feeling of small river outside. Overall bad experience of staying in this hotel. Hotel manager told that they sanitize room everyday but i think that is only on paper, not in actual. Try it on your own risk.

Good and affordable rooms but not even one perfect room, one will find either ac not working, or geyser is missing or not working or ceiling is driping.
